Refunds and Returns Policy

Stock Items 

Goods keep by Securewear that have not been printed or embroidered may be returned to us only by prior agreement subject to the following conditions:- 

That all products to be returned must be in new condition with tags on merchandise. A copy of the original invoice is returned with the goods with a brief explanation of reason for return/exchange. 

Must be in complete units of sale which includes the original packaging, no part boxes ( if applicable) 

Notification of return must be within 3 days of delivery.Failure to do so will result in a handling charge of up to 20%. It is essential to quote our delivery note number for a credit note to be issued. 

No returns will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.

Returns for credit will be issued at invoice price for 30 days from date of invoice. After 30 days the current web store price on item will be issued for credit. If returned between 60 to 90 days a return will receive instore credit only. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 90 days. 

Shipping charges are not refundable. 

Ship your return using the carrier of your choice - return shipping must be prepaid and is at the customers expense. If an exchange is made the customer will only be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us - Securewear will take care of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer. 

Shoes/Boots in original box must be placed inside an appropriate shipping box for return to be accepted. 

Securewear strives to provide accurate photos of all products, however colours and styles of products may vary. 

Non Stock items  

Items not carried in stock are non returnable
